Connecting your Zoom account
To connect your Zoom account:
- Click your picture on the top right of your screen and select the Settings option.
- Select the Integrations menu item on the left of the screen.
- Find the Zoom Recordings Sync tile and press the Connect button on that tile.
- Log into Zoom with the new window that pops up or select your account.
- Agree to share access with Vancery.
- Click Authorize.
Disconnecting your Zoom account
If you wish to disconnect your account from Vancery:
- Click your picture on the top right of your screen and select the Settings option.
- Select the Integrations menu item on the left of the screen.
- Find the Zoom Recordings Sync tile and press the Connect button on that tile.

- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage, then Installed Apps, or search for Vancery Recordings Integration app.
- Click the Vancery Recordings Integration app.
- Click Uninstall.
Usage
The Vancery Recording Integration app uses two scopes to access your data.
- View your recordings/recording:read - This is used so that we can display your recordings to you and be able to download the recording that you want to upload.
- View user info/user_info:read - This is used to identify your account. This is used for identification purposes only and is not used anywhere else in the platform and is not shared with anyone.
Troubleshooting
If you are encountering an issue with connecting to Zoom with Vancery you might need to reset your connection.
To reset the connection, you will need to disconnect your Zoom account from Vancery. Once disconnected, please log back into your Vancery account to reconnect your Zoom account.
