Vancery implements the following policies to ensure that all community members are compensated fairly and treated professionally by our users.
We ask that if a member is not an ideal fit for the conversation, that the call is terminated as closely to the 5 minute mark as possible. If a conversation surpasses the 5 minute mark, the full cost of the hour-long engagement is incurred by the inquiring party. This protects the valuable time that our members are setting aside to offer their professional insights.
For the same reason, we ask that any call cancellations or reschedulings are done outside of the 24-hour mark prior to the call. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the call, the full cost of the engagement will be incurred. Rescheduling calls within 24 hours of commencement are treated with the same courtesy, unless the rescheduled call is set to occur within the same business day.
